There is no good that we enjoy today, this moment, which is not the result of the sacrifices of others.

So do not stand up straight without grateful for their generosity which has enabled us to grow and become a better person today.

Notice, that every thing that we enjoy, containing either a result of the sacrifice of someone who normally do not we know it or not ... we realize.

Let us make a good heart and behavior, as a token of gratitude to others, and a sign of gratitude to God.
